Chocolate Covered Caramel Apple

We couldn't think of a more perfect treat to make any adult feel like a kid at the fair! Depending on the time of year, we use local crisp Cortland apples or Granny Smith apples and smother them with Grandma's famous homemade caramel with a chocolate drizzle for the perfect combination of tart and sweet.
